  • How many of an item do we have available for immediate dispatch? 
    The stock figure is listed in the product page in the top right against the description 'Availability'. We carry out regular stock checks so the figures are very accurate. If the item is not in stock, then the estimated lead times are displayed.
  • We are a Hongkong company and VAT is not included.

  • I need a VAT receipt 
    All orders are sent without VAT receipt. If you create an account, you can also access the invoices for your order(s) and view all details. If you don't have an account and need an invoice, please email sales and provide our order id and we will email you a PDF of the invoice.
