No minimum order requested, all items are available to sell.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We will ship Within 72 hours using DHL. We offer alternatives (DHL or Fedex or UPS) if they are your preferred supplier.

We only sell new stock, typically in original packaging!

Do you sell refurbished or used products?

No, we only sell brand new and unused trusted stock.

Where does your stock come from?

We help OEM and EMS companies globally to reduce their Excess, Surplus and Obsolete stock. This allows us to offer top quality, genuine stock at discounted prices.

Why do you only sell trusted stock?

To protect you! We know where all our stock has come from and this traceability protects you from counterfeit stock.

How long is your warranty period?

We offer an industry leading 12 months warranty.

What does your warranty cover?

In the unlikely event that the parts fail to meet the original manufacturers specification our warranty will protect you.

To what extent does the warranty cover me?

Wherever possible we will supply replacement parts, otherwise we will refund you in full for the cost of the parts and shipping. We do not cover consequential losses.

What if we no longer want / need the stock?

We offer a no argument return policy for the first month, after that contact with us and we will be sure to work something out for you.

Where do you ship?

Prefer to shipping from Hongkong! We can ship to more than 200 countries using DHL.

Will you dispatch quickly?

Absolutely! We dispatch same day if an is order placed before 4pm local time on a working day, otherwise it will be the next working day.

Due to the large volume of packages we send and receive every month, our rates are extremely competitive and we pass these savings on to you.

What's the Freight fee for goods within 0.5kg?

We just charge $25.00 for all over the world.

Can I use my own shipping account?

Certainly, we are happy to ship on your DHL, UPS or FedEx account.

Do you pay Duty?

Most countries do not charge duty on the types of products we sell, but if they do its the responsibility of the receiver to cover these costs.
